I am really really trying to kick my diet soda habit. I was going strong for a few weeks there but unfortunately I recently fell off the wagon! I am hoping my new very stylish bkr waterbottle helps me get back on track again!  The bottle is 500 mls and my goal is to drink 6 bottles a day which equals to 3 liters. Yup that’s a whole lot of water! The plan is to drink 1 bottle in the morning during my commute to work, then 1 more before lunchtime, 2 before 3:00 pm and the last two in the evening. Wow this should be interesting, I hope I can keep up!
